Poor Whale

Ok Waleed

Notice of absence from Ok Waleed
I will not be posting anymore on this site, if you are interested in more of my poetry please find my works on Amazon @ Ok Waleed. Thank you.

I've always wanted to see
the extinction
of my enemies

the satisfaction it gave me
when a rat dies

knowing it can no longer

chew up my shoes
eat all my food
invade my space

defend itself
feeds its kids
get older

this feeling
when a rat dies

I feel safe
connected again
maybe even relaxed

I can never forgive
for being

it needs to be exterminated
it needs to be die

simply because.
I don't know

I honestly love the "abstract" style of your poetry and even You, like from what I've read, as a person. I can relate to your creativity and I love your unique flair. (check my bio, I also strive to "distort the norms") Also does the title have a deeper meaning, or is it an arbitrary name? πŸ’–βœ¨

It’s honestly a honor for you to even notice my own style ive been working on it for twenty years haha. I definitely will check your stuff out. The title was just a prompt used to engage us into writing I believe it was a excerpt about the harms of whale hunting

Wow how interesting. Also thanks for your consideration! BTW I would LOVE to purchase your book but to put it plain-spoken, I'm a minor and my "daddy" runs my life 😞 and if you don't know the type of person my father is just read my rant on him, "My Silent Protest." So I know for a fact he won't allow me to buy it. But I just want to let you know that I support your projects and when I turn 18 and gain independency I'll put it on my list to get your entire anthology! Have a great day! πŸ’–πŸ’–
