Let me introduce my feelings, self-hostility, fear, misery, and guilt.

Oh how much they hurt and betray my heart.

Self-hostility, makes me loathe everything about myself, from the way my hair falls onto my shoulders to the way my feet fit into my shoes.

Fear, which constantly controls me and nearly every aspect of my life,  I cannot walk into the bathroom without wondering if some horrible tragedy is going to happen to me or someone I love.

Misery, oh misery, how you make me feel downright dreadful in every way imaginable, because of you I'm constantly in distress.

Lastly, guilt, I have so much hatred for you, constantly making me feel like everything is my fault and that I'm useless when it comes to helping those I love.

Yes, these are my feelings

Listen, you have your lift your spirits! I'm currently a depressed mess living under an authoritarian father and my life is a whirlwind. Yet, I always strive to look on the bright side of life, even when it's tucked far away. Keep your hopes up, everyday you wake up is a blessing and there are people who love you even though you many not perceive it. 💖💛💖
