Shit
Have sex
Work out
It’s because of your choices
If your mental health is affected
Your choices aren’t correct
Leads to misjudgments
Miscommunication
Crime
Lets start with mental health
Do what you know works
Then tell me
So I can make it better
Then tell you
So you can make it better

Mental health must be a priority for development! Our world is currently engulfed in chaos and depression, but if we can see beyond that, and SHARE it with others as you imply in the poem, then we can surely pave the way to a better future.
