Condiment
She sure was hot and maybe even
keener than he was ..
Like mustard, he thought ..
And her being English of course
was something to relish ..

Are you sure it wasn't horseradish galloping heat for you Neville.
Andy
Now that's what one might call hot .. you saucy silver tongued so and so you .................................................... Neville 🙂
Good write N.
................................................................................................................. cheers Mr. O 🙂
(you've done it again, dear Poet
inspired me to pen, something
far above my feeble poetic talent's limits
with your choice words, of impactful poetry
got me good you did
didn't expect, such a short write
to get me poetic creativity, all worked up.. lol
my cheque of gratitude is in the post, as always)
'everyone talks about Dijon
as their mustard of choice, and yes
it is smoother and does have
a classy tempered, aesthetic and taste, but
for me
I like that bold, impactful English mustard
accented with that horseradish
'stiff upper lip'
matter of fact, memorable
taste...
Perfect heat, to help
dip
proximity's, electrified attraction
in-to, those sensual
devouring moments
of impassioned flesh, intoxication..'
... Cor blimey .. you do Mek this old fella smile .. and for a moment, I thought you were about to say goodbye with one of them Dijon letters .. but nope, your ever so kind and encouraging words have left nowt but a pleasant taste in my mouth .. Neville 🙂
