When we meet again

Arvy

All the peers and I are walking in the vast desert

caravan of camel headed for a specific destination

Everybodys walking fast moving like grains of sand blown by the wind

A wind that passed by me leaving me to the pace of the slow time

I see them hundreds of miles ahead waving while grinning with burning gaze

See, you enjoy the vanguard while i bathe in the golden sand of life

I dont mind you leading the way but dont belittle my exertioncause the nights been too long

Its true we walk the same path, but weve emerged from different streets

I still haven't recovered from that deceptive oasis that left me more thirsty and lost

Im catching up whether its gonna take me one day or a lifetime

I will say my salutation when we meet again

With all of my glory, I’ll be shining aside the moon in a dark night

Ascending to my throne and underneath me the rivers flow

Such a strong message. "Don't belittle my exertion" was a line that really hit. We're all in this same journey together. I love your imagery, this was great!

A wonderful metaphor. We all come from different places though we walk the same road.
