Burning up

Poetic Dan

As she finds her feet we shall let them fly, knowing we'll never be far behind.

The tantrums come quick But so does the love, a gift endless facing shadows to grow out of

Time will take its toll and the once monotonous moments will be worth more than gold.

Each day starting before the crack of dawn, ready to dance with life or give a few screams in yawn

This truly is the hardest most challenging thing I've ever done, building and playing so close to the sun

I'll continue to write my legacy while burning up!

    that picture, alone
    is worth a million words
    of proclaimed: fatherly devotion!
'This truly is the hardest most challenging thing I've ever done, building and playing so close to the sun

I'll continue to write my legacy while burning up!'
    not only Daedalus
    grasps, the true Poignant
    poetic brevity of these words
    dear brave, Poet!
    Thank you! for Choosing
    to share
    and allowing your Poetry
    to guide us
so we may avoid, overcome and wade bravely
    though our own
    challenging paths, in life

As I watch the video of this beautiful child, and read your beautiful words, I understand the joy in each moment, as she learns about the world she lives in. Learning comes in so many forms for these little ones, especially with loving parents to guide them. I've been there as a parent and grandparent, and I wish you all the happiness that I know fatherhood will bring.

Bless you my friend and it's definitely a different journey this time around, I was foolish to think I was older and wiser!

Although gives plenty to write! Always appreciate your time and congrats on the inner trophies!
