Hear, Lord, the prayers of your people

As we unto you call

And as we departed recall

Come bless us, one and all

 

Grant that we who do here confess

Your name on earth, no less

Than your name, great God, high above

Come fill us with your love

 

So grant that we living be made

Perfect in you, you paid

The price that we, and departed

Be joined to you, our Head

 

Made perfect in your kingdom sure

Share glory evermore

Through Christ the Lord, the risen one
