tangerine sunlight beckons on her window
dressed in floral curtains from head to toe.
pink tulips dance like flamingos
brushing stems with a rapid flow.
evergreen growth below honeydew skies
with fluttering wings of yellow butterflies.
her fingers tiptoe on the glassy sunrise
as she blinks her blue blurry eyes.
doorstep mat painted with pink petals
as strawberry tulips and carnations settle.
fields of flowers bleed on the pastel pebbles
kissing her blushing cheeks and freckles.
miles of meadows draw the sunlight
with charcoal chalk dusting peach white.
her hands tickle the feather's flight
as she embraces the tulip's twilight.
