I haven't written in a while because it's no easy task, every inch of my life is falling apart
If it didn't feel so tragic I'd probably laugh as each street becomes the same painstakingly long path
In this forever ready world my energy is none, with no action left only words that have been to pass on
A ghost in my shadow until the day I return, in hope that what is lost was never needed and what stays finds a home
Bring my mind back to the body in spirit to feel whole, letting the rivers run dry to see a smile lay deep in the soul.

🙂 I understand . I’ve been struggling past few days , bit better today tho .
This really grabs me, "a ghost in my shadow", "a smile lay deep in the soul". To me the juxtaposition of these two lines speaks of the surface life, and what lies deep within. That somehow we are never completely drained. Many good wishes for that smile to reappear.
I read words a few times now and can\\\'t thank you enough for the wishes as today is a new that I will make the most of and keep bouncing back..

between our mind's, anxieties
warping our reality
and us, just being life weary...
that's why we need, those tools in life
to centre ourselves, when we're lost
to those winds of chaos and strife..
