Even Sadder than That Even

Neville

Even Sadder than That Even

It fell

more silent than the

snow

was falling

and lighter than light

even ..

Not to mention sadder

than the

sound and the sight

of those

war ravaged orphan

children

playing in the rubble

and the dust

of some recently

discarded village ..

So now listen voyeur

heed

and take note ..

For there beside those

dead nurses

and doctors, the sound

and the smell

of your canvass burning

only moments

after being

so delightfully brushed

is a whole

brave new world away ..

    A poetry
A message of resurrection I seek
There you lay those magnificent lines
So well inked with blue describing the red that coloured the world canvas
Hope I see in the prose
Happen to believe to the belief of yours
A new world with a virtue called peace

your words are a poem in their own write .. and I thank you for leaving them for me to find my friend

The ruin of the roots of beauty itself cries in your words today. For what shall we build upon the ruined lifes but more opportunities for the human spirit to reveal how vile it can be. Like atwisting knife between the ribs of our hopes for brotherly love and world peace.

A timely thought provoking piece Neville (please have a peep at "premonition" i posted on the 8th april). Our peace loving achilles heel is tweaked into anger.

        'So now listen voyeur'
        this line
        this break of poetic voice
        this brave, artistry!
is why I'm a proud fan
        dear Poet, Supreme!
        (as-ever
        I read and learn)
        and yes, at times
        I too, have to fight
        those enraged tears
        from submerging my reality
        into, utter despair..

The saddest of sights is ravaged children which your concerned words capture on heaps of rubble to remind readers of the sheer desperation of those found after fire and death
                  - -- bewildered and weeping young faces do indeed need living and caring doctors and nurses - - shame on leaders unworthy of a new world of peace.................x
