For the Innocent people
who were murdered for
nothing; helplessly and
unarmed.
We write the elegies and
sing the dirges, to recall
them and give the honor
to all of them.
We smile for the reunion
and weep for those who
cannot be here: our pals
and our families.

Such is the terrible cost of war. And it seems perpetual. Will mankind ever learn to live in eternal peace?
Wars and rumors of war, nation will rise against nation, and Kingdom against kingdom,
Jesus is coming quickly my friend
a well written wholehearted
commemoration to all the ills that have attacked and continue to attack our societies, well done poet!

Such good words Niyatanga.
Why cannot man ever stop warring!

But I don't know why people can't stop fighting or killing others. It was a genocide and I hope it won't happen again. Thanks for reading.
