If I sing to you... dear blue butterfly
will you carry the rhythm with your fluttering wings...
a song of a devoted rainbow
infused with the colours of my essence
neon within it's florescent pale lights
entranced by the sweet melody of the night...
What if I wrote a sonnet... dear butterfly
would you deliver the words on the back of your spine...
written words of courage and hope
intertwined with golden light... sparkling
deflecting the shadows that have been plaguing life...
