What kinda tea will it be?
we have a kitty tea brewed with sharp teeth that
will have you imagining all kinds of things
like falling down the rabbit hole to visit Alice...
the mad-hatter and his nutty friends...
Theres a sailing tea that makes you believe
you're out on a boat in the middle of the sea
just like Jack Sparrow in the flying dutchman
but with an octopus sucking your face instead of the kraken...
How about a feather tea made like an owls brain
brewed wisely with every cup...
but you'll only be able to twit
to whom you feel needs the twoo
and leaving at the right moment...
flapping your unfeathered wings..
so spill... not the tea... but tell me...
what kind will it be?

Thanks mek I didn't see the mistake I've changed it.
I appreciate you reading my poem and commenting you always say such nice things
You seem well steeped in tease -oops - I meant teas. I'm with you on plain old breakfast tea, but is it correct to serve that at 4 PM? or with dinner?
A lovely collection of teapots and poetry. Each as unique as the other. the cat seems menacing, the octopus is gripping, and the owl has lost his mind. Your poem was a lot of fun. Your puns were poignant and yet each stanza matched the relevant teapot. Very creative. - Phil A.
