Well of course an ignoramus like me had no idea what a Cymbidium was and had to consult the friendly horticulturalist Mr Google who furnished me with pictures of these beauties. And what beautiful flowers they are and so many colourful variants too.
Well I am enriched by reading your Haiku ans learning of this beauty today. 🌻
Dear Dusk,
Sunday was an exceptional day.
The surprise visit from Australia, the flowers, and my aunt’s good news about her health were gifts I did not expect. I’m still feeling that euphoric sense of freedom (from my ailments) that I felt during this weekend. Even the treatment cooperated. Imagine that!! The mind and the body were in concert this weekend…lucky me!😊
You, an ignoramus?…NEVER! I didn’t know what Cymbidiums were until a few years ago when they were presented to me.
