The sky thunders,

Causing the earth to shake violently

Lightning snakes across the globe,

A hand touching the tips of the sky

I watch from the outside

The sea is crashing against land

And I’m lost,

Pulled to the sea, lost to the sea

Lost to the madness of chaos,

The beauty of chaos

I watch and I’m lost

    Talk about it. Especially dealing with depression I can relate to this "internal conflict." We must always fight and keep up the hope. Hope you're doing alright.
