Sharpness

highlows

She’s lying in here bed

And here eyes are red

A tear falls from here eye

And another and another

So she draws a line

The line turns red

And she feels the pain

Here inner self is screaming to stop it

But then she needs to feel other pain

The pain that she doesn’t want to feel

Cause it huts so much

Its the pain of living this life

That she needs to live

But it’s okay

She can stay another day

Cause when she wakes up

And goes to school

She put up a smile

Like here life is so colorful

A pretty downhearted poem, hope this isn't nothing too personal. But I can relate, we all have our "low days" and sadness will always creep into our lives. But we must be firm enough to not let it take us under. Great poem!
