be careful

NafisaSB

To have a loving heart you need not be fair

For colored people too, love, in their hearts bear

They, in the realm of love, better do fare

Their love, like pearls. Is indeed true and rare.

Oft we see that pretty girls are vain

Their behavior is such, one needs to raise a cane

Yet, one should be wise and heed good advice

Unless you want to sever all ties

For as soon as she is bored she will throw you like a toy

And befriend another, gullible boy

So, be careful, don’t wear your heart on your sleeve

Or you will have to sit, and loudly wail and grieve.

So true Nafisa, to see the true beauty of a person you must look into their eyes and see their heart.
