The thunder speaks to me in dreams
A messenger of the earth
Roaring loudly it's simple truth
Do you know her worth?

The earth tells us what is needed but homo sapiens ignores the requests SC.

Expressing her truth . I like this writing . ‘ do you know her worth ‘ like that line . Maybe the thunder feels unwanted and disliked lol but the thunder is important , it is needed I guess . Was thundering here the other day ,
Thunder doesn't need anyone. Thunder creates its own company lol
Good write SC.
Thanks Orchi
Wow!
Thanks..... I hope?!
Striking words!
I see what you did there 😉
How fortuitous that you should write this today. We've had rain and the most wonderful thunder almost all day long. I love the sound, especially at night as I'm going to sleep. And it really does speak to us of all that we can't possibly know. I love what you've written, it's in my heart.
Like you Bella, I'm an absolute lover of thunder and lightning l. I find extremely invigorating.
beautiful words! yes sometimes we feel thunder unwanted and do not like it yet it is important just like everything else in the nature. at times the most precious gems are found in the most unwanted of places. your words rings a sense of truth applicable in many aspects. a truth many of us tend to ignore, you have presented with beautiful phrases. 'Do you know her worth? ' great lines!
Many thanks Aradhya. Personally, I absolutely love thunder and lightning above all other weather. It reminds me how tiny and powerless we really are and yet at the same time how powerful we can be. It's nature's reminder.
cannot agree more with you Saxon! your words and thoughts deserve all the praise they can get and yes it's mother nature's reminder, a warning as well as a blessing. keep it up!
