My frightened night, you came again.
To play on my fears, to make me pray.
Why are you doing this, making me pray?
Like a torturer you must see my life as a game.
You came out of know where. like a ghost in the dark.
What have I done? Have you know heart?
I feel terrible for every little wrong I have ever done!
You must love to tear me apart!
Your my only friend who can make me less ashamed.
To pay for my sins in guilt and pain.
That is the only way!
But life is for mistakes, love is the same!
Please! I’m a lovely young man who doesn’t want to play.
I beg you just stay away.
I try to treat everyone well, but sometimes misjudge.
Just stay away!
My frightened night you’ve come again.
I know longer want any pain!
I love everyone and I know longer want to play!
The world is so sublime.
I love the trees and everything green
Love is my saviour.
And that’s how it’s going to be.
So stay away, and don’t play your games!
Because Life is to beautiful to go insane.

Relatable and well worded. I see the struggle against that old bully called Depression. Thanks for sharing. Expressions like this help others understand how real our battle is, how hard.
We should all do our best to express what it feels like to suffer from depression!
It's a long way from the scare room at Monster's Inc. And this is randomly long away from the nitty gritty of the poem. But speaking from personal experience of 'night terrors.' Thanks for sharing.
Thank you π
I thought your poem was beautiful, if only the bad one's would stay away. nicely penned.
