Putting my hand on a tree, in the faith it'll help me see
Letting my body float in the sea, for guidance in how to breathe
Using the wind to blow through my hair, reminding theses Bones to not despair
So many paths in my veins going their own way, under the sun we come together.
To beat another day

- Comment from author about the poem: I'll be honest I wrote this yesterday knowing I'm still avoiding the sea part, so today I had my first cold shower!! Also I'd like to be honest I stopped posting because I find it hard to reply or read others work and it feels rude. This is never my intention and I'm so grateful to all over the years and any new souls... you are in my thoughts wherever I go. Much peace and respect

Loud applause for beating another day in these wonderful and winning ways Dan - - you will enjoy the sea when you get there and feeling the wind in our hair is so healing.
How wonderful to see your name and thank you endlessly and always, knowing I must be on the right way.
Thank you Fay
You do keep going, Dan - there can't be anything other than great strength there.
Much peace and respect to you too.
You have come a long way in your life Dan and it is getting better every day, we are always with you to help you along that path to the sea,
Andy
Sometimes that’s all we can do .. just get through the day as best we can . Nature can be such a comfort when struggling with how we feel . Take care
