RAINBOW

Thekkinkkattil

Rainbow stretches across the sky

Violet, indigo, blue, green yellow, orange, red

They make a pretty sight

Colorful rainbow is a spectral light

Where all the colors seem so bright

As they blend they seem as white

And fill the world with heat and light

Would we like to see them run,

As different colors or a single one

Colors alone enchant our hearts

When they merge they serve us right

What we learn from all this sight

To act as one for all the might.

A beautifully penned poem to colors, we are enchanted by them. Whether in their primary form, or an amalgamation, they evoke so many different emotions. You have captured the essence of color so well, so much enjoyed.

You pose and poem a difficult question .. all beautiful in their own write .. as indeed they most surely would also be if they came together and merged into one ....
