Somewhere.
Shared emotion stays ever alive.
This is the truth and no matter that destiny
has not been too kind.
We scaled passion's heights.
We were clearly aware that fate can send
lasting-word closeness.
We have been there and know.
So think not then dear lover and friend
of coping alone.
We climaxed on peaks of delight.
We soared each night beneath virtual
sheets you and I.
We were never bereft when apart
We made our poem rhyme so shall find
heaven's garden.
We shared but one heart.
We never questioned fate's care.
There waits a time for us somehow and
somewhere out there.

A lovely writing fay .. some connections can be so very strong .. I understand ) sometimes we can feel so at one with someone else can’t you . Their is beauty in your words but also sadness ..
One of the rewards of gaining a good few years is just how much sense the message in your words today makes.
When so much good has been grown and nurtured by two people...
