Three Things.

Goldfinch60

In our lives we speak many words,

Most are for the good ,

But occasionally we wish we had not said them.

Every day we have many moments,

Every one is important,

But occasionally we miss one.

The time is there for us

Which gave us the life we are now in,

But we miss it when it is gone.

So in our lives there are three things,

Three things that cannot be recovered.

The word after it is said,

The moment after its missed,

And the time after it has gone.

    Good write Gold.
In my case, they wish I had never said - or sung - the words. Or so-called singing! lol.

      Thanks Orchi.

A genie would grant three wishes or three things. Someone asked for:
        1. Orchi to stop singing
        2. Ditto
        3. Ditto!

So wisely true Andy. At a slower pace maybe we can all become gentler with each other as we learn the meaning of prescious.

Wot – you talking to me?
Just shut up and let it be -
Let the world be a kinder place
Without my contribution in this space.

Should I get your words tattooed to my ……….. as a reminder, Andy? 🙂

                  • Goldfinch60

The world will be a kinder place in time - just get rid of the politicians!

                    Thank you Dave.
