Just a Few of the Things I Don’t Like Without You
I cannot bear the thought of
night, the cold,
or dark my love, without you ..
So pray, come lay
all day, right here beside me ..
Then let us keep
each other warm, but oh’ my love
so very, very lightly ..

Ah - your fans will love this piece of fancy my friend. A tempting invite your pen makes with nightfall now autumn draws near. Warm as ever your words Nev. so shall I pack my best flannel nightie and come knocking your door........ or maybe just put this write right into my faves..............x
You are indeed, as is oft the case, far too good for words Fay .. Tho' thanking you both kindly & true with nought but them, is the least I can do, this autumnal Friday ............. x
The sweet romance and simplicity of just being together. No words, just closeness, oneness. You have captured this beautifully my friend!
Yeah .. Now what could possibly be better than that .. Bless you dear B for you have surely blessed me ๐
Moments from the past remain imprinted on our soul.
A fundamental fact indeed, thank you kind sir .. Tis in my opinion why both poets & poetry were originally formed ........ Hope things are improving your end DA .. Neville
Thought a gem, but then a warm comforting pillow as I drift to sleep with its company - and her.....

Oh there's the romantic side of Neville! I love this poem. I read it so fast I thought the title was "Just a few of the things I don't like about you" Ha! I was expecting a very different poem but pleasantly surprised!
