Just a solitary place is set up for dinner.
With a backdrop, the sun setting over the sea,
Means my chances are getting far slimmer.
Of having someone to share meals with me,
A sole candelabra's light is my only friend. My only companion until I meet my end!

Emotive words JG, I was the same after my wife died but I am better now with a new lady in my life, it may happen to you as well.
