We are coming to that time,
That time when the clocks go back,
We lose an hour in our day.
But one day I have a hope,
A hope that the clocks will go back,
Go back much further.
Back to that time when people cared,
Where they had morals and values,
They had loyalty and appreciation.
But most of all they had respect,
Respect for all around them,
And respect for the world,
For the world in which we live.

Never was such a time I’m afraid, Mate.
Know what you mean, and it’s nice to think so -
But respect was enforced, that was your fate;
Life was ‘nasty, brutish and short’……You go…
And anyway, in Oz our clocks are going forward – So there! 🙂🙂
(Agreed -situation crap right now...)
There was a time when respect was more prevalent in my youth.
If your clocks go forward can you give us our hour back! 😬😬
As far as I'm concerned, you can have it! Cheesed off with it. In Queensland they don't change at all. (sorry - It's not all Oz which changes but NSW and States south).
Beautiful connection Andy, falling back in the fall and falling into caring and living with esteeming our surrounds. Thanks for the shared sentiment. /Rik.
My absolute pleasure Rik.
Andy
