One Race, One Multicoloured Face

Shaunmatthewcpoetry

I see us all as human
One race
One multicoloured face
All moving at a fast pace
I know not all think the same as me
A world of complexion
Hate guiding the direction
No critical thinking
Speeding at the intersection
Baited against eachother
My heart is always in the right place
Some blinded if they see another colour of face

Sadly we are trained to work off what is observable first and foremost, what is measurable, which can be a bit tougher, and what is repeatable, that is where prejudices come in. I'm all for science and that but this mixing of methods bring only chaos. Any time spent with superhero narratives show us that it's the fine line between the human internal struggle for good and the villainous. But this comment is going further afield now. Awesome read!

And like genuine fools we allow ourselves to be led astray! That gets my goat each time I fall into one of them booby traps.

So true Coolcuk, to see the real people we must look into their eyes.
