Forever in my Soul

Dove

Forever in my soul and in my heart

My love that is how we are meant to be

Two lovers never destined to be apart

********************

I loved you darling, from the very start

From that moment, you were the one for me

Forever in my soul and in my heart

********************

Cupid never had to unleash his dart

I knew you were the only one for me

Two lovers never destined to be apart

********************

I love your beauty, you're a work of art

You are the canvas my eyes loves to see

Forever in my soul and in my heart

********************

Not only beautiful, but you are smart

You know that one plus one equals you and me

Two lovers never destined to be apart

********************

My love, you are my perfect  counterpart

The sweetest honey to my cup of tea

Forever in my soul and in my heart

Two lovers never destined to be apart

This is the most beautiful poem I've read this morning. I feel your love shining through your rhythm, your flow, and the captivating way you have brought your feelings to paper. Makes me wish the imprint on my heart and soul would have never went away, she remains forever on the canvas of my heart and soul, but no longer is she physically around anymore.
