Be to me eternity's song
and not as lust's transient notes.
Be as the forever of strong
affection and not just for moments.
Be like zest without limit
and not as cold's breakable bond.
Be to me true as infinity
for heaven applauds bold's resolve.
Be alive to ageless passion
and not just in first blush of youth.
Be to me need ever lasting
for such keeps alight desire's beauty.
