Sparking through my brain

Serving sweet lies

Remedying pain

Making me float

In a pool of bliss

But they’re untrue 

And lies like this

Are easily trusted

When all is done and dusted

I’ll reflect

I’ll progress

I won’t be distressed

I’ll know these captivating chemicals
