  • Comment from author about the poem: It's raining non-stop today, buckets and buckets. And for today's offering, I pull out a former poem which I have only now discovered is a topic that has been written of by countless others, among them the esteemed Rabindranath Tagore. Of course this post is of a humbler nature in comparison. But it is close to the heart as I still enjoy building paper boats and setting them afloat.

A refreshing daily float down life's running stream seems ideal for shackle-free boats Rik - good read and I am loving your final line too.

Shackle-free! That's the way to be! Thanks Fay and may that living the dream boat ride be why it holds no dreams. Rik.

May those dreams be found Rik, and they turn into reality.
