You won't know until you try

Poetic Dan

Just over 1 minute at a cool 12° to now have no back ache or gut pain and my mental mind is left clear. I honestly can't believe it works every time, you'll never know until you try!

Life is energy that we have mostly forgot, to find the breath that is needed can undo many knots.

It's no magic pill or strict diet to commit, just a passion for life and a reason to exist.

You'll find me in the meadows of the reality I've picked, working until my bones crumble to bits.

Knowing everyday I kept my candle lit
