Knowingly, unknowingly men hurt women
Men think women are very soft, they cannot protest
Women can be easily manipulated
So, men can dominate women frequently.
Once upon a time, women were oppressed by men.
But women have been trying to change their position tirelessly at present.
Now, they are conscious of their rights.
They think they are not born for men’s sexual pleasure.
They have the right to live with respect.
With this mentality, women are being empowered.
Gender equality is a burning question all over the world.
We, all women should work on this issue hand to hand.
The world is ours not for only men.
So, equality is essential for women’s empowerment.
Maybe it may take many more years.
But gender equality must be achieved one day.

In my long life I have always treated woman equal, at one point I was the deputy administrator in a section where my boss was a woman and all the other staff were women and I treated them all with equality.
I endeavour to treat everybody with equal respect and have done all my life.
I believe that there are many like me in the world but all you hear about are the ones that are not.
