L ove yourself - You ARE special,
T ell yourself it’s okay to be sad,

  • Comment from author about the poem: As a Mental Health first aider, this is a subject close to my heart. Mental health is so topical. I will be glad when we can live in a world completely free of any stigma surrounding mental health. Life throws curve balls our way, and it is completely okay to say, ‘I don’t feel right,’ and seek the right support.

So important to be kind to yourself when struggling wjth mental health problems . I have dissociation and I understand how difficult it can be . And yes some people discriminate and treat those people differently
