There in front of him was a glass,
He put some golf balls in the glass,
Put them in ‘til no more could get in.
He asked the class
“Is the glass full?”
“Yes!” answered the class.
He then picked up some pebbles
And put them in the glass,
Filling the holes between the balls.
He asked the class
“Is the glass full?”
“Yes!” answered the class,
He then poured some sand
And poured it into the glass.
He asked the class
“Is the glass full?”
“Yes!” answered the class.
He then took out a bottle of beer
And poured some in the glass.
He asked the class
“Is the glass full?”
“Yes!” answered the class,
“Yes” he said,
“There is always room for a beer,
For a beer with friends.”

But don't invite me for a beer, or it will be half beer and half water! heehee. Well, beer is made with water, but you know what I mean, being the Phantom Soda (Water) Syphoner!
The golf balls were pissed as a fart,
And the pebbles had a good time.
The glass sold as a work of art -
The sand, too gritty was a crime.
If you read it, references in order to verify, please Andy
Ah, but you could not put all the beer in the glass and there is no way we could waste it.
( Had a pint of Marstons Pedigree yesterday, first pint of Pedigree for many years - and very nice it was too.)
Andy
I've asked you for a pint of your favorite pint before, but your response was that you couldn't resist a gargle first...no good asking anymore..... I'm beginning to lose faith in you, Andy..............................................
No ice 🧊 🧊 in the drink, please!
I would agree Rik.
Andy
This goes to show you that the glass is never really full, great write Andy
Thank you, much appreciated.
Andy
It's the friends, at the end, that can keep you sane. The beer sure helps. A fun write my friend, with a great moral to the story. An added plus with music accompaniment, love that piece.
So true Bella.
Thank you for your fine comments.
