Paul rejoices in sufferings

For the church, benefits they bring

Afflictions of Christ he does share

To profit the church's welfare

 

To the church he a minister

Is made, steward of God conferred

Upon him of God, to fulfil

God's word, to prosper people still

 

It is even the mystery

The open secret of God, see

Which has been hid from ages past

But now revealed to us at last

 

To us God would make known what is

The riches of the glory, this

Glory of the mystery here

It does to Jews, Gentiles appear

 

It be Christ in us, the hope He

Of glory, and He known freely

By preaching, warning to each one

Showing salvation in the Son

 

Teaching in all wisdom each one

Till evangelism be done

That each one may presented be

Perfect in Christ Jesus wholly

 

So Paul and all who the gospel

Preach, teach, Christ unto others tell

Such labour on with God's strength, true

Works in them mightily, e'en you

      Ooh, I'm being fancy now - the next one will be Series 3B, subsection 4, part 2.4.9a, lines 1-15, optional lines 16-20. Summat like that! Or am I playing bingo here? lol.

        Michael Edwards and I had word-fun, such as: 'Do you know Bill Stickers? Why they keep prosecuting him? What's he done!? lol. And his mate Bill Posters'. And sundry more cryptic names. These are a couple of the easy ones.
