Before I saw Doctor Strange
It's only happened to me once
Did my soul rearrange?
Come out of the body
Hovering above it so oddly
Seeing myself asleep 
Initially I didn't think about it too deeply
Astral projection 
It felt relaxed actually 
Not tense

    There are many such accounts and documentations.

      It was so weird, I've even read of people arranging things on their bedside cabinet to look at them while in astral projection to see if they in the same order and they were.

          I'm fortunate to be at home right now but will be back working at some point.

          There are Out Of Body experiences (OOBE, not to confuse them with OBE's). OBE's can stand for something a bit coarse.
          Now I'm sure I met myself coming back from the shops one day, on my way there (did I? lol).
