And it rains.
The water from the sky
Dropping down
Onto the land.
Each drop meets others
And form pools.
These pools congregate
And form ponds.
The ponds merge into streams,
They start to move,
Move down hillsides,
And flow into rivers.
The rivers flow to the sea
And the vastness of the sea
Causes evaporation.
The mist rises to the sky
Where clouds are formed,
Each cloud gets bigger.
Water droplets are made,
And it rains

And rains, and rains, and rains, and rains. It's been raining the whole day for me.... hasn't stopped. Hadn't seen the sun today! Put there is poetry.
Yes Rik, there is always poetry.
Andy
and music!
But does your PC work under water....Glug glug.....?
ugh... I have to work on that but it could be organised... or one can hope lol!
Thank you Andy for your refreshing outlook to rain. - - a journey worth taking is that of one raindrop
Most kind Fay, thank you.
Andy
Has the rain always been wet over the millions of years we've know it - us two?! lol.
Yes it has been wet, remember the Ark that we had to pull! LOL
Andy
How did they clean out all the animals in the Ark, while it was afloat? Pongy?!
I asked the rain to go away….
It did, makes out I’m a liar;
But won’t stay there by end of day
And does an Arnold Schwarzenegger.
It is one of the cycles which sustained life on earth.... Good 'un, Andy
(But for how much longer?)
Yes Dave, without rain we would struggle to survive.
Andy
Ditto if we have too much rain, Andy.
I just love your tribute to rain! It always holds a fascination for me. I love to pop open my umbrella and be part of it. The whole cycle, circling back to the beginning, is beautifully described in this lovely verse. Thank you!
Your comment is much appreciated Bella, thank you.
