The day is over,
Another fine day in my life.
Meeting with friends,
Walking in the soft snow,
Seeing Natures artwork
In all its white wonder.
And all the time
She is with me,
The love of my life
Is by my side.
And as we climb the stairs
At the end of this fine day
We are still side by side
As we sleep in each others arms,
Our love shining like a star
As our life together
Goes on forever.

on those rare occasions when I may be feeling just a bit down .. maybe ..
I know that not far away if I turn to your latest page, it won't be long before I'm back on form again ..

And therefore what else need to be said?
Here’s a day complete unto itself.
Also nothing there to do with pelf -
It’s peace and tranquility you spread.
So true Dave, as far as I am concerned every day is a good day as I got up once more into that day.
Andy
Uplifting. you are living the life we all aspire to at your age,
Most kind d a, it is just the way I am.

Reading your words makes each day with a loved one a treasure whether snowing or not - - I love the male choir and the number your chose too.
Thank you Fay, most kind. My lady is the Vice President of a Welsh Male Voice Choir.

What could be better at the end of each day than reflecting on how we spent it, and how fortunate to have had it. Beautifully written dear friend!
Most kind Bella, thank you.

Cooeee, Gold. How's the day been? Now a song - arrgghh! 'Now the day is over'.
Sang it at Primary School, sometimes as a class before the school day ended. Probably started me off singing! heehee.
It has been another good day, as this one will as I am up once more.
Andy
A friend invited me to a carol concert. he and his friend were singing in it. I could not make it. Just as well, as I may have started singing and ruined it for them! lol.
