Notice of absence from Neville
If I get the thumbs up tomorrow from my Doc, I hope to be in Miami on Friday for three days before jumping ship and spending three weeks sailing around South America .. Sheesh, what we do to try n get a touch of inspiration eh' .. Take care while I'm away & please forgive any delay in my going quiet for a while .. Ukraine in Winter
While our children die starving and cold
in these holes
they randomly punch in the snow ..
Despite most of the free world praying
out loud, I can still see
a blue and gold flag waving and proud ..

What is it in the human soul that will not allow us to succumb in the direst of situations. Is it faith, fervor, strength, a firm belief in what is truly right and wrong? You pay homage to all that binds us together dear poet in that wonderful last line.
