Lovescape

Fay Slimm.

Lovescape.

I am soft-sift in thine hands.
Fast as in an hourglass the drift
toward moments of intimate fancy
flows and excites my expectant skin.

I am drawn to need lovescape.
Fired by thy moth-soft voice I try
to flout thine intent of ardent gaze
alluring forsooth my foolish shyness.

I am sealed by thy fervour.
Bathed in desire's lusty flavour
and tasting a kiss know for certain
I thee favour and thus shalt capitulate.

Therefore mine Sire prithee
at nightfall if to my chamber thy
feet hasten then fain will I bid thee
enter and bed with my desirous invite.

Now Fido won't let me have any 'lovescape' and I won't get any 'ardour' this year either! lol.

    • Fay Slimm.

      What a pity dear Orchi,.

      • orchidee

Yes, Fido's a real nuisance sometimes, not letting me have ardour. lol.

        This beautiful picture which
bespeaks the fair lady's ardor, as she awaits her valiant knight is perfect. Romance at its best, taking me off to a different time and place. Thank you dear Fay, it keeps the heart young.

So pleased you found genuine and olde-time romance in this read dear Bella - -- and I agree it certainly keeps the heart young both to read and to write it.

Delighted you think so much of the words in this little romantic verse dear Andy.
