Notice of absence from Neville
If I get the thumbs up tomorrow from my Doc, I hope to be in Miami on Friday for three days before jumping ship and spending three weeks sailing around South America .. Sheesh, what we do to try n get a touch of inspiration eh' .. Take care while I'm away & please forgive any delay in my going quiet for a while .. Hope to return feeling better than I do write at this moment .. AGT's Neville 😎👍

Forgive me if I do pause

a while ..

But I feel the need to

breathe in deep ..

The sea sage scented

candles

that you choose to burn

each day ..

Remind me, oh’ so very

much

of all those marina girls

I ever loved,

or dreamt about, or dared

to try and

seduce, or merely touch

with poetry

..

      of effervescent mermaids:
      'beguilingly, illusive and endlessly
      imbued with beatific sincerity
      seeped, deep
      in intensely, intuitive sensuality
      that wisdom of feminine grace
      and humane, empathy')

          The olfactory is such a powerful sense, how with just the hint of a scent we can be transported, without even realizing it, to another place, another time. A sweet poem of reminiscence with the smell of love in the air. Lovely my friend!
