Nothing and everything matters

Poetic Dan

As quickly as my dreams appeared it vanished in the wind

I'm sure it will come knocking again, I'm just not sure I'll be in

The lights can be switched on but rarely am I home

Another day of wondering around in the shell I have become

All wealth may lay in my heart moving down this dusty path

Yet scraping shall remain as I hit half way through this game

Life can certainly be many dangerous threads untethered, I'll spend the rest of my days making plats in stormy weather

Knowing at the end nothing and all of it mattered.
