You hear about them healing people,
Faith healers heal people with mind power,
Mind power and belief.
If this is so why do they not work in hospitals!
It is probably for the same reason
That you do not hear about psychics,
About them winning the lottery.

Good 'un, Andy - I wasn't aware you were that much of a sceptic, but can only applaud.
Thanks Dave, I started out as a scientist in my working life so I need proof in my life.

There's a joke - A guy said 'If one thinks nothing bad will happen to one, then nothing will'. Then he had an accident.
A doctor asked him 'What happened?'
He replied: 'Well, I must have stopped thinking!' lol.
I believe faith healing still happens today. And yes, we can say 'Why do they not work in hospitals?'
Some of it gets cliquey. A few set up as practitioners where you have to pay them! It was a genuine set-up, but I had to pay for a church counselling session at that greedy church that I grumble about. Did I get my money's-worth? They did most of the session following a 'script' or a handbook. Doh!
There are some people that can heal others just by listening to them talk, I know that I have helped others in this way.
