Rainbows And Stars.

Goldfinch60

In life problems occur

Bringing rain and darkness to our hearts.

In that rain just keep looking,

And look for rainbows.

And in the darkness that is there

Just look for the stars,

And the light will be with us.

Colour and light are there

And will always be there

In the life we are leading,

Leading into the future,

The future of wonder and love.

    Good write Gold.
You singing in the rain there? I would, but the rain is rather wet. Strange that is! lol.

Was the rain wet millions of years ago? I can't remember. Or was it more sand storms or dust storms, etc?

By starlight and the colours that result, a brilliant future indeed! Happy new year Andy.

I believe happiness is a choice. We can choose the darkness or we can look to the stars. I like this poem!

Thank you Jane, I always chose the light in my life.

These are the very best words in the world to live by. How did you get so smart? I'm just thankful that you are. It must be coincidence that just this morning I was listening to Fur Elise as I was sewing. I love ragtime and I love Beethoven, but who would have thought that the two could be melded into such delight. I've never tapped my feet to Beethoven, but I couldn't sit still. Thank you for the highlight of my day, and a definite fav.

So kind Bella, if I can bring happiness in any form to peoples lives I am more than happy.

Your comments are very much appreciated.

A delight to see colour through dark events that sometimes overwhelm us - a positive write and a beautiful musical number - - thank you Andy
