Compliments And Criticism.

Goldfinch60

In life we get compliments

And we accept these with pleasure.

In life we get criticism

And these we accept with dislike.

We must accept both when you realise,

Realise that it takes both,

Takes both sun and rain,

For a flower to grow.

Now which is the sun and which is the rain? mmm... Perhaps the critique is more like the sun with the prodding and the itching and the burning sensation. And a good vintage year with compliments is always welcome!

Nice Analogy. Without sun, and rain there wouldn't be any rainbows.
