The Six Nations.

Goldfinch60

Well today the battles start,

Fifteen men start running,

Men running at each other

Hitting them with shoulders,

Trapping then in their arms

Trying to take the oval ball

That they hold in their hands.

The tackles go in hard and strong

But each time they get up

And battle on for that ball

And for eighty minutes they battle,

Knocking each other hard,

Trying to win the battle

To get that ball over the line

So they can win the game,

And be the champions,

The champions of the battle

To win the Six Nations.

    Good write Gold.
I will never understand boxing as a sport - two men, or two women, punching each other.
What possible purpose is there in two people hitting each other as 'sport'? 'The money for winning', they reply!

      Thanks Orchi.

I believe that Boxing is the ultimate sport between two people as long as the rules are followed with integrity.
