When God created the platypus
He did it with spare parts, I guess
The creature's a bit of this and that
My favorite aqua maniac
Citrus fruits all suit me best
So I like living in the west
If taters were my favorite thing
I'd live in Ireland and be a king
Verse one and two are unrelated
Have some poetic rule I've violated?
The Hell with rules I often say
I'm gonna do it my own sweet way

I’m assuming you don’t believe in evolution ?
Quite the contrary. I think that evolution is an accurate description of how things (continually) change. It explains correctly (in my opinion ) how successful variations succeed.
What about Pokémon evolutions
Good write H.
Thanx, O.
Very creative way of cheating by submitting two (or three?) poems in one day! Howard, I do look forward to your contributions! You are like a Dr. Seuss for adults!
Take two apserins and see me in the morning.
So it would seem, H. thanks for extending the riff...
Thanx DD. The riff extender that's me.
