Tune: Serenity
('Immortal love, for ever full')
Psalm 57 v.7-11
*******
My heart is fixed, it steadfast be
So said the Psalmist, see
Lord, incline our hearts that they may
Be stayed on you always
Temptations to distract, deceive
To turn [away], to disbelieve
In you, may come our way, but set
We our minds on you yet
So we awake and instruments
Use, praise, with wholesome sense
If early or later in day
To watch and seek and pray
Praising you amidst the people
Of they who on you call
For your mercy reaches unto
The heavens, true are you
Be exalted, O God, lifted
High, and so lift our heads
If we downcast, still your glory
And power our strength be

cross her psalm with silver .. ne'er cross her psalm with gold .. but if he swoons at the thought of licking her lips, then you know that the rodent is old ............... Neville 🙂
Thanks N. It's two guinea pigs in my pic. Some says it's rats or hamsters. Argh! Am I breeding mutant giant rats or hamsters?!
Why so downcast o my soul... when our strength therein lay in His power and glory!
Thanks CB.
