Nothing For Granted.

Goldfinch60

We live in this chaotic world,

One day the chaos may end,

And life will be fine,

Fine for all.

But in these times I am grateful,

Grateful for what I have.

I have a house,

I have food and water,

I have warmth,

And most of all I have love.

These things are so important,

So important in my life.

I am so lucky to be like this.

May I never,

Never ever,

Take them for granted.

      to appreciate those rare simplicity's
      in our lives

As you express gratitude for the basic necessities of life, I can feel joy in the simplicity of life, which is anything but simple in this respect. This sense of well being is so infectious and warms my heart every time you touch on the subject. You have chosen one of the most beautiful pieces of music, I listen to it almost every day, and I thank you immesurably for it and for you words. This really is a fav.

Thank you Bella, I have been very lucky in my life in all its long years and am most grateful.
